“We will continue to recommend Attipas shoes as a great start for babies who are newly walking and toddlers who are growing at a rapid rate...”
Daniel Gibbs, Podiatrist
As a parent I always want to make good decisions for my children, and as a podiatrist I am keen to see all children grow and develop in the best way possible.
When a child first learns to walk, traditional shoes can affect their feet by placing a barrier between the foot and the ground which can impair their ability to walk naturally, and may lead to problems later in life.
Stiff and heavy shoes can train the feet to develop in ways that nature may not have intended. It is much better to have shoes that protect growing toddler’s feet without being too bulky or cumbersome.
That is why all of us at Posture Podiatry were very excited to have discovered Attipas shoes, which enable first walkers and toddlers to have protection for their feet, while also encouraging healthy development with closer contact to the ground.
Attipas shoes fulfil all the requirements for a good shoe for growing children:
- They protect the feet
- They are lightweight and breathable
- They don’t cramp the toes
- They don’t impair the feet from adapting to the ground
- They are reasonably priced
- They look great on!
We will continue to recommend Attipas shoes as a great start for babies who are newly walking, and toddlers who are growing at a rapid rate.
